Job summary

Sollis Health seeks a Membership Sales Associate to grow the membership base by engaging inbound leads with exceptional, high-touch service. You will learn our premium care model and sales process, with a clear path to advancement into a senior Membership Director role based on performance.

This is ideal for an early-career sales professional eager to learn consultative selling in a premium healthcare environment, with a Tuesday–Saturday shift and Pacific Time hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 2–3 years in sales, customer-facing, hospitality, or service roles. Quota carrying consultative experience preferred.
• Experience responding to inbound leads and supporting a sales process is preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or another CRM is a plus (training provided).
• Comfort with a fixed weekly schedule including weekends/evenings/holidays; Pacific Time hours required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for inbound membership inquiries with a white-glove, responsive experience via phone, email, and text.
• Respond promptly to new inquiries and schedule conversations with prospective members to speed lead conversion.
• Conduct initial discovery calls to understand needs and interest in Sollis’ services.
• Educate prospective members on Sollis' care model, services, and membership benefits.
• Guide qualified prospects through enrollment for appropriate memberships.
• Collaborate with senior Membership Directors for high-touch conversations as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach and activity in Salesforce.
• Participate in tours of Sollis facilities when located in markets.
• Coordinate onboarding with Member Services, Operations, and Clinical teams.
• Provide feedback on lead quality and objections to improve processes.
