Job summary

Sollis Health, a premier medical membership provider, is seeking a Membership Sales Associate to be the first point of contact for inbound leads, delivering a white-glove, responsive experience via phone, email, and text. The role offers a clear path for growth into a Senior Membership Director position, within a premium healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2-3 years in sales, customer-facing, hospitality, or service roles; quota carrying experience preferred.
• Experience responding to inbound leads or supporting a sales process.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or another CRM is a plus (training provided).
• Fixed weekly schedule with weekend/evening hours; Pacific Time hours required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first contact for inbound membership inquiries with a high-touch experience via phone, email, and text.
• Promptly respond to inquiries and schedule conversations to accelerate speed-to-lead.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand needs and interest in Sollis’ services.
• Educate prospects on Sollis' care model, services, physician access, and membership benefits.
• Guide qualified prospects through enrollment for appropriate memberships.
• Collaborate with senior Directors for complex or high-touch conversations.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach and activity in Salesforce.
• Support tours of Sollis facilities when located in markets.
• Coordinate onboarding with Member Services, Operations, and Clinical teams.
• Provide feedback to improve sales processes and materials.
