Job summary

Spsnorthamerica is seeking a detail-oriented Mailroom Associate to support workplace operations and deliver a high-quality concierge experience. This role ensures smooth mail handling and document services within the business service center.

The ideal candidate should be organized, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple operational tasks effectively. Responsibilities include mail processing, shipping, and providing outstanding service to corporate employees and clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in office services, mailroom, logistics, or customer service roles preferred.
• Working knowledge of shipping/receiving procedures and tracking systems preferred.
• Ability to lift or move packages up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound mail and packages and input details into systems.
• Sort and distribute mail and packages to personnel.
• Manage outgoing mail and shipping transactions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service across all forms of communication.
