Job summary

Planned Companies’ Front Desk Associates and Doormen welcome tenants, guests and vendors, ensuring a warm, safe, and presentable entry to our properties.

Based in Boston, the role offers Sunday & Monday 3pm–11pm and Friday & Saturday 7am–3pm, totaling 32 hours per week.

Candidates should have 2+ years of lead front desk or security experience, excellent communication skills, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Lead Front Desk or Lead Security experience.
• Desire and passion to provide a warm and welcoming hello to everyone.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of local attractions and establishments.
• Polite, friendly, self-assured and able to multitask with good time-management.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs when needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet, announce, and provide direction to tenants, guests, and vendors upon entering the building.
• Develop and maintain relationships with tenants to provide individualized experiences.
• Scheduling reservations and appointments at restaurants, hotels, and venues.
• Planning and organizing on-site events.
• Provide direction, referrals and access to local entertainment, dining, retail, sports and tourism.
• Document, secure and track mail, deliveries, and vendor services at designated areas.
