Job summary

Charlesgate Property Management in Boston is seeking a professional Concierge to serve as the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and vendors, ensuring smooth daily building operations and a high standard of hospitality. This part-time role covers the second shift on weekends (2:30-10:30pm) with occasional 1st and 3rd shift support.

You will greet guests, log entries, manage packages, assist with move-ins, coordinate elevator usage, monitor security, and provide resident services
