Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Ottawa is seeking a Guest Services Associate to assist guests with inquiries, bookings, and requests both on and off property. Under the Director of Hotel Operations, you will provide knowledgeable information on services, handle reservations, and act as an ambassador for the guest services team.

Qualifications include a high school diploma and strong English communication; prior experience in a four-diamond hotel is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum experience in a four star/four Diamond hotel guest services.
• Must communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Giving guests knowledgeable information on Hotel products and services and executing all guests’ requests.
• Make bookings, reservations and other requests for guests on and off property.
• Act as an ambassador for the guest services department.
• Guide and direct guests of the property in a professional and courteous manner.
