The Edge Men's Health Clinic in Rogers, AR is seeking a polished Patient Experience Team Member to join our front desk as Lead Front Desk Receptionist. You’ll deliver a warm, concierge-style patient welcome from check-in to checkout.

You’ll manage calls, texts, emails, scheduling, and front desk communications; coordinate clinic flow; process payments; and educate patients on services and promotions. This is a Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM in-person role in Rogers with opportunities for

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of medical scheduling or front office experience.
• Minimum 2 years of computer experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and create a positive, professional first impression.
• Deliver a high-touch, concierge-style experience throughout the patient visit.
• Manage front desk communications including phone calls, texts, emails, and inquiries.
• Coordinate and optimize the appointment schedule to ensure smooth clinic flow.
• Handle scheduling changes with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
• Assist with patient check-in/check-out and accurately process payments.
• Educate patients on services, promotions, and products as appropriate.
