Job summary

KingRecruitingServices seeks a compassionate Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician for an immediate on-site placement in Owings Mills, MD. The role offers a starting salary of $250,000, rising to $300,000 with a full patient panel, and a full clinical team to support you.

This is a new seat in a well-established, physician-led concierge medical group with a waitlist-driven growth model. It features a dedicated on-site pod, a collaborative team, and a focus on prevention, wellness, and

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited U.S. medical school (MD or DO).
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (non-specialized).
• Active Maryland medical license or license eligible for immediate credentialing.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, relationship-based primary care in an outpatient setting.
• Care for an incoming waitlist of patients in a dedicated on-site clinical pod.
• Oversee care with a dedicated clinical and administrative support team.
• Share equal after-hours phone call responsibility.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including referral coordinators, nutritionists, mental health specialists, integrative medicine providers, and health coaches.
• Ensure accurate clinical documentation in alignment with practice standards.
• Foster long-term patient relationships through prevention, wellness, and education.
