Sonesta International Hotels Corporation is hiring a Guest Experience Assistant / Concierge at Nautilus Sonesta Miami Beach. The role centers on providing personalized guest service, local insights, and seamless experiences for guests throughout their stay.

You will assist with reservations, directions, and special requests, while building relationships with local partners to create memorable visits in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Previous concierge or guest service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of local attractions, dining, transport, and experiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized guest service and local recommendations for dining, entertainment, attractions, transport, and experiences.
• Assist guests with reservations, tickets, transportation, directions, and special requests.
• Build relationships with local businesses and tour operators to enhance guest experiences.
• Support VIP arrivals, special occasions, and elevated hospitality experiences as needed.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and service recovery situations.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities, promotions, and destination information.
• Coordinate with Front Desk, Bell Services, Valet, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and leadership teams for seamless experiences.
• Assist with luggage handling, packages, and lobby guest services as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation at concierge desks and guest areas.
