Job summary

Sonesta International Hotels in Miami Beach is seeking a Reservations Coordinator to support reservations operations, assist guests, manage bookings, and ensure every reservation is accurate and professionally handled.

This role suits someone organized, detail-oriented, and able to balance guest communication, operational coordination, and hospitality service in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel reservations, Front Desk, or hospitality operations is a plus.
• Strong communication and guest service skills with a professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with reservations, inquiries, availability, cancellations, and special requests.
• Process reservations accurately through PMS, CRS, and OTA platforms.
• Provide friendly, professional guest service via phone, email, and online channels.
• Maintain knowledge of room types, amenities, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Revenue Management, Sales, and leadership for smooth operations.
• Support group blocks, VIP reservations, and negotiated rates as needed.
• Monitor reservation details and guest preferences for accuracy and readiness.
• Respond to guest concerns and service issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain reservation records and system updates.
