Qualifications

• Previous reservations, Front Desk, hotel operations, hospitality, or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and guest service skills.
• Experience using reservations systems and booking software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with hotel reservations, inquiries, room availability, cancellations, and modifications.
• Process reservations accurately through PMS, CRS, OTA channels, and hotel booking systems.
• Provide friendly, professional guest service via phone, email, and online channels.
• Maintain knowledge of room types, amenities, promotions, loyalty programs, and procedures.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Revenue Management, Sales, and leadership for smooth operations.
• Support group blocks, VIP reservations, negotiated rates, and special bookings.
• Monitor reservation details, guest preferences, and billing information for accuracy.
