Job summary

Sonesta International Hotels in Miami Beach is seeking a Reservations Coordinator to support hotel reservations operations and guest communications. You will manage bookings, respond to inquiries, and coordinate with front office and leadership to ensure accurate, seamless experiences for guests.

The role requires organization, a detail-oriented approach, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Previous reservations, front desk or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Experience with hotel reservations systems or PMS/CRS is preferred.
• Detail oriented with focus on operational accuracy.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with hotel reservations, booking inquiries, room availability, cancellations, modifications, and special requests.
• Process reservations accurately and efficiently through PMS systems, CRS platforms, OTA channels, and hotel booking systems.
• Provide friendly, professional guest service through phone, email, and online reservation channels.
• Maintain knowledge of room types, amenities, promotions, packages, loyalty programs, and procedures.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Revenue Management, Sales, and leadership teams to support operations.
• Monitor reservation details, guest preferences, and billing information for accuracy.
