Job summary

Cedarhurst of La Vista is seeking a Concierge/Driver to warmly welcome residents, families and visitors while coordinating transportation and supporting daily community operations.

Key responsibilities include front desk duties, mail handling, scheduling transportation with the Life Enrichment Director, and assisting the Executive Director and Sales & Marketing teams as needed. Prior customer service in a senior living setting is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a customer service role preferred.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, visitors and staff, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Monitor entry and exit points, sign in guests, ensure safety protocols.
• Assist residents with scheduling transportation and community events.
• Answer calls and forward messages to the appropriate department.
• Provide clerical support to the Executive Director and Business Office.
• Coordinate with Life Enrichment Director for resident transportation needs.
• Process guest meal sales and manage related payments.
• Submit work orders to Maintenance and communicate with staff.
• Support daily operations to maintain a positive resident experience.
