Rick Mottern State Farm Agency is seeking a warm, service-driven Customer Relations Representative to join our growing team in Georgia. You will be the first contact for clients, delivering a white-glove experience and coordinating with licensed teammates.

The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and a strong communicator who thrives in a team-oriented environment and is passionate about helping others. Licensing requirements include P&C and Life & Health; ability to obtain these licenses

Qualificações

• First point of contact for existing customers via phone, text, email and walk-ins.
• Deliver concierge-level customer service and support.
• Licensing required: P&C license and Life & Health license must be obtainable.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the first point of contact for existing customers via phone, text, email, and walk-ins.
• Deliver concierge-level customer service and support.
• Assist with billing questions, payments, policy documents, and general service requests.
• Schedule appointments for licensed team members through proactive outreach.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to support agency goals and client satisfaction.
