Rick Verst in Ohio is seeking a Customer Service/Office Manager for our State Farm Insurance and Financial Services agency. You will supervise the customer service team, streamline daily operations, and enhance client experiences to support community members.

You will develop policies, mentor staff, and coordinate scheduling and payroll while pursuing licensing in Property, Casualty, Life and Health to enable internal growth opportunities for driven, service-minded professionals.

• 5+ years of experience in customer service, with 2+ years in a managerial role.
• Leadership and organizational skills.
