Rick Mottern State Farm Agency is seeking a warm, service-driven Customer Relations Representative to join our team in Georgia. You will be the first contact for many clients, delivering a white-glove experience with warmth, professionalism, and proactive service.

The ideal candidate is personable, highly organized, and excels at building relationships while supporting billing, policy documents, and general inquiries. Insurance industry experience is a plus and licensing paths are available.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred in the insurance industry
• P&C license must be obtainable
• Life & Health license must be obtainable
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for existing customers via phone, text, email and walk-ins
• Deliver concierge-level customer service and support
• Assist with billing questions, payments, policy documents, and general service requests
• Schedule appointments for licensed team members through proactive outreach
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
• Collaborate with team members to support agency goals and client satisfaction
• State Farm licensing requirements apply (P&C and L&H)
