Green Thumb Industries and RISE Dispensaries are seeking an Asset Protection Specialist (APS). This role blends hospitality, customer service, and safety leadership to deliver a concierge-style guest experience while safeguarding people and property.

You will greet guests, monitor entry points, de-escalate conflicts, and support safety procedures. The position requires 1+ year of customer-facing experience, knowledge of POS systems, and the ability to work mornings, days, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer-facing or concierge experience preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and compliance tech preferred.
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus when paired with guest-first service.
• Ability to work varied shifts including mornings, days, nights, and weekends.
• Reliable attendance and background checks including cannabis employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-in with warmth and efficiency, setting the RISE Vibe.
• Monitor entry points and store areas to deter incidents and maintain safety.
• De-escalate situations with empathy and clear communication.
• Escort customers and assist with safety, cleanliness, and workflow as needed.
• Report safety or compliance incidents promptly and support emergency procedures.
• Collaborate with store teams and train new APS staff as needed.
