Job summary

Green Thumb Industries and RISE Dispensaries are seeking an Asset Protection Specialist to be the warm, welcoming face of the store while leading safety and guest experience. This role blends hospitality, customer service, and security to protect guests, team members, and brand values.

You will greet visitors, manage check-in, monitor the premises, de-escalate conflicts, escort visitors when needed, and support training of new APS teammates.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer-facing or concierge experience.
• Familiarity with POS systems or compliance tech.
• Security, military, or law enforcement background is a plus for guest-first service.
• Willing to work varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, weekends.
• Must pass background checks including state cannabis employment requirements.
• Must have valid driver’s license or state ID.
• Must be 21+ years old and compliant with cannabis regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-in with warmth and efficiency.
• Maintain safety, deter incidents, and assist with guest flow.
• Monitor entry, exits, and store perimeters.
• Escalate and report safety or compliance incidents.
• Collaborate with store teams and assist with training.
• Support emergency procedures as needed.
