Job summary

As a Concierge, you will create a welcoming, professional atmosphere for clients, recruits, customers, and staff, serving as the first impression and switchboard operator.

• Provides a professional arrival and departure experience for our guests.
• Acts as first point of contact for lobby activities and emergencies, taking ownership and escalating as required.

• Acts as first point of contact for all activities and emergencies in the lobby, remaining alert at all times.Serves as point person, taking ownership of any challenges that may arise within the Lobby operation, resolving them, or following escalation procedures as required.
