Summit Point in Macedonia, OH, is seeking a friendly receptionist to help residents, visitors, and staff with information and directions. The role supports a premier retirement community offering Independent Living and Assisted Living services.

You will handle calls, greet guests, process mail, arrange courier services, and resolve questions, contributing to a welcoming environment for residents and families.

• Answers telephone and directs the caller to the appropriate individual. Provides information such as community address, directions to the community location, community fax numbers, company website, and other related information.
• Greets and directs visitors to the community.
• Receives, sorts, and forwards incoming mail.
• Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.).
• Resolving customer questions and concerns.
