Receptionist Responsibilities

• Answers the telephone and directs callers to the appropriate individual, providing community address, directions, fax numbers, website, and other related information.
• Greets and directs visitors to the community.
• Receives, sorts, and forwards incoming mail.
• Coordinates pick‑up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.).
• Resolves customer questions and concerns.
