Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring full-time Concessions Supervisors to join our team at TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. You will lead team members to provide exceptional guest service during events and maintain standards across food and beverage operations.

Qualifications

• Previous cash handling or cashier experience is required.
• Previous experience as a stand attendant or other food service worker is preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate with team members and prepare written stand reports after each event.
• No college degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Train team members and assign duties, evaluate and document job performance.
• Ensure all food and beverage is prepared properly and meets quality standards.
• Maintain level of inventory throughout shift and order replacement stock as necessary.
• Enforce company cash handling procedures and investigate any money and inventory discrepancies.
• Resolve any guest or team member issues that arise.
