Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice is seeking a part-time Concessions Supervisor to lead team members at TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. You will be responsible for assigning duties, training staff, handling guest concerns, and ensuring smooth operations during fast-paced events.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a restaurant.
• Minimum of 2 years' supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be able to implement rules and direct employees.
• Ability to anticipate and fulfill guest needs while thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• No college degree required.

Responsibilities

• Assign duties to scheduled team members and assist with training.
• Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations.
• Manage labor and profit loss.
• Ensure proper cash handling and tip record-keeping for the shift.
• Assist guests, stock shelves, count inventory, and perform cashier duties when necessary.
