Job summary

Levy, a leader in sports and entertainment hospitality, seeks an experienced Concessions Operations leader in Indiana. You will oversee all concessions operations, recruit and train staff, drive guest satisfaction and financial results, and manage event readiness and inventory during large-scale events.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in food and beverage operations, a hospitality degree, strong computer literacy, and excellent interpersonal skills. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a food and beverage operational position.
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management preferred.
• High level of computer literacy.
• Passion for hospitality, food, and retail.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work evenings and weekends, as dictated by event schedule.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all aspects of concessions operations.
• Ensuring the recruitment and training of team members in our standards and procedures.
• Working with the location leadership team to continually drive improvements in guest satisfaction and financial results.
• Overseeing all aspects of season planning and event preparation in the concessions department to ensure maximum event readiness.
