Levy Sector is seeking a Concessions Manager to lead hourly team members at events, ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and high-quality food. The role emphasizes strong people management, adherence to standards, and collaboration with culinary and purchasing teams to maintain margins.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in food & beverage operations, a hospitality degree preferred, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a food & beverage operational position.
• High level of computer literacy.
• Passion for hospitality, food, and retail.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead hourly team members to provide a warm welcome and delicious food to guests.
• Recruit and train team members in Levy standards and procedures.
• Supervise operations during events and troubleshoot as needed.
• Work with colleagues to improve operational performance.
• Manage loss prevention activities including cash handling and logs.
• Support recruitment activities for team members and departments as required.
• Ensure POS updates and beverage/wastage reporting are accurate.
• Ensure Alcohol Service signage and Responsible Service of Alcohol protocols are followed.
