Levy, a leader in sports and entertainment hospitality, seeks a Concessions Manager to lead hourly teams, ensure quality and welcoming service, and drive operational excellence at events. You will mentor staff, uphold standards, and collaborate across departments to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

The role focuses on concessions with supportive work in the premium department, stock management, and loss prevention, requiring strong leadership and hospitality passion.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a food and beverage operational position.
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management is preferred.
• High level of computer literacy.
• Passion for hospitality, food, and retail.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring all stations are set up and ready for events.
• Supporting recruitment and training of team members to Levy standards.
• Supervising operations during events and troubleshooting as needed.
• Working with colleagues to improve operational performance.
• Proactively engaging in loss prevention processes.
• Managing concessions and supporting premium department as needed.
• Completing POS updates and maintenance checks.
• Ensuring timely promotions communication.
• Overseeing cash handling, cash drops, and end-of-day logs.
• Coordinating requisitions with other departments.
• Updating concessions production matrices with margin considerations.
• Tracking comped items via gratis sheets.
• Ensuring compliance with Payment Card Information rules.
• Implementing concessions production sheets to minimize waste.
• Coaching team members and conducting monthly safety trainings.
