Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a food and beverage operational position.
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management is preferred.
• High level of computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring all stations are set up and ready for events.
• Supporting recruitment and training of team members.
• Supervising operations during events and troubleshooting as needed.
• Managing loss prevention activities and cash handling.
• Ensuring compliance with POS updates and promotions.
• Coordinating with culinary and purchasing teams on margins.
