Levy, the disruptor in sports hospitality, is seeking a General Manager of Concessions at Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis. You will lead the concessions team, oversee HR processes, and manage financials to ensure quality show standards and strong guest experiences.

You will build client relationships, drive sales and budget goals, and promote Levy’s philosophy and culture at every touchpoint. The role requires team leadership and a commitment to safety and compliance.

• Holds team accountable to steps of service to deliver great guest service.

• Builds and maintains relationships with clients, guests and Levy team members.
• Monitors operations and implements Levy initiatives across events.
• Forecasts and schedules team members to meet demand and targets.
• Ensures adherence to safety, sanitation and alcohol service policies.
• Leads meetings to ensure clear communication between management and staff.
