Levy at Indiana University seeks a Concessions Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at concession locations within the venue in Bloomington. You will lead hourly and supervisory teams, ensuring superior guest service, operational excellence, and financial performance during games and events.

You will partner with culinary, warehouse, and operations teams to deliver a best-in-class experience for IU fans and guests, while managing costs and staffing effectively.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of foodservice, concessions, hospitality, or retail management experience.
• Experience managing high-volume operations in sports, entertainment, or event venues preferred.
• Strong leadership and team development skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage concession operations during athletic and special events.
• Lead, train, coach, and develop concession supervisors and frontline team members.
• Ensure compliance with Levy, Indiana University, and local health and safety standards.
• Monitor labor, food, and beverage costs to achieve budget and profitability goals.
• Collaborate with culinary and warehouse teams to maintain inventory levels and product availability.
• Maintain excellent relationships with guests, clients, university partners, and fellow departments.
• Analyze results and implement strategies to improve efficiency, revenue and guest experience.
• Support hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management for concessions staff.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Business, Sports Management, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of foodservice, concessions, hospitality, or retail management experience required.
• Experience managing high‑volume operations in sports, entertainment, or event venues preferred.
• Strong leadership and team development skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
• Knowledge of inventory management, labor planning, and financial accountability.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling/point‑of‑sale systems.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and Indiana University athletic events.
