Job summary

Levy, part of Compass Group USA, is seeking a concessions operations leader to oversee all concessions activities at our events and venues. You will recruit and train staff, ensure POS and production sheets are followed, and maintain high guest satisfaction during events.

The role requires 5+ years in F&B operations, a hospitality degree is preferred, and you must be available for evenings and weekends based on event schedules.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a food and beverage operational position.
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management is preferred.
• High level of computer literacy.
• Passion for hospitality, food, and retail.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work evenings and weekends, as dictated by event schedule.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all aspects of concessions operations.
• Ensuring the recruitment and training of team members in our standards and procedures.
• Driving engagement within the concessions department.
• Ensuring point of sale updates and regular maintenance checks are completed.
• Implementing concessions Production Sheet to ensure accurate production and minimal wastage.
• Ensuring regular maintenance, cleaning and inspection of all concessions areas and equipment.
• Oversee service standards during events to ensure a high level of the guest experience.
