Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Compounding Pharmacist to supervise compounding activities in our lab and support staff. You will ensure quality, safety, and compliance with USP guidelines while mentoring technicians and coordinating equipment use.

You will perform pharmacist duties such as patient counseling and drug utilization reviews, ensure records and compliance, and collaborate with the Pharmacist-in-Charge. Arizona licensure and a PharmD/BS required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Doctorate degree in Pharmacy.
• Active Pharmacist License in Arizona.
• Strong math skills.
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Windows-based computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Supervise compounding personnel and support staff.
• Document compounding procedures and QC checks.
• Verify formula and compounding records, beyond-use dates, finished products.
• Train and evaluate compounding staff.
• Coordinate equipment calibration and maintenance for compounding.
• Adhere to USP <795>, <800>, safety guidelines and PPE protocols.
• Support CQI and regulatory compliance initiatives.
• Interact with PIC for personnel and regulatory matters.
• Perform pharmacist duties including patient counseling and drug utilization reviews.
