Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Compounding Pharmacist to supervise all compounding activities in the lab, ensure quality checks, and document procedures and records. You will train staff, coordinate equipment calibration, and ensure compliance with USP standards and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona Pharmacist license is required.
• Experience with non-sterile compounding.
• Strong math skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all compounding personnel and ensure QA/QC checks.
• Document compounding procedures, records, and beyond-use dates.
• Verify records, training, and calibration of equipment.
• Ensure compliance with USP <795>, <800>, and state/federal rules.
• Coordinate with PIC on personnel and regulatory matters.
• Maintain a safe and clean lab environment and PPE adherence.
