Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Sterile Compounding Pharmacist to supervise sterile operations in a modular cleanroom. You will ensure USP 797/800 compliance, supervise personnel, and maintain safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

The role requires directing aseptic processes, documentation, training, and daily workflow while collaborating with R&D on scale-up of products. The position offers a night shift (6:00pm-6:30am) with differential pay and equity, plus health benefits.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist with sterile compounding experience.
• Active Pharmacist License in OH.
• Proficiency in USP 797/800 requirements and best practices.
• Knowledge of state and federal pharmacy laws and rules.

Responsibilities

• Direct sterile compounding activities in compliance with USP 797 and 800.
• Maintain aseptic technique and cleanroom standards.
• Provide training and guidance to staff performing aseptic manipulations.
• Document compounding procedures and QC checks accurately.
• Review materials before use in sterile compounding.
• Oversee equipment used in sterile compounding with maintenance.
• Manage cleanroom workflow and environmental monitoring with QA.
• Collaborate with R&D on scale-up of new compounding products.
• Follow safety guidelines for handling hazardous drugs and PPE.
• Coordinate with PIC and Sterile Compounding leadership on compliance.
