Job summary

LINX CORPORATE in Denver, CO is seeking a Prequalification & Compliance Coordinator to ensure active prequalification status with general contractors, manage OCIP/CCIP enrollment, and maintain all compliance documentation. You will coordinate with insurance providers, safety officers, and project managers to meet deadlines and keep records up to date.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, experience with ISNetworld/Avetta, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in construction administration, compliance, prequalification, or contracting support.
• Strong understanding of construction industry requirements related to insurance, bonding, OCIP/CCIP, and safety compliance.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for coordination with internal staff and external partners.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with compliance platforms (ISNetworld, Avetta, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Prepare, submit, and maintain prequalification applications and renewal documents with general contractors and third-party compliance platforms (ISNetworld, Avetta, TradeTapp).
• Monitor and track compliance requirements across active and prospective projects to ensure deadlines are met.
• Maintain up-to-date records of insurance certificates, bonding capacity, licenses, and safety program documentation.
• Coordinate with insurance providers, safety officers, and project managers to gather and verify compliance information.
• Manage OCIP/CCIP enrollment and compliance, including registering projects and personnel, submitting payroll reports, and resolving enrollment discrepancies.
• Assist with claims documentation and audits tied to controlled insurance programs.
• Ensure safety programs and OSHA documentation meet requirements.
• Track and update security clearances and site-specific training certifications.
• Support project teams by providing compliance documents for RFPs, bids, and contracts.
• Develop and maintain a compliance database and reporting system.
• Communicate with general contractor compliance teams to resolve issues and requests.
• Stay current with industry requirements and updates to contractor compliance platforms.
