Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review prime contracts, subcontracts, NDAs, and POs for risk and terms.
• Identify unfavorable provisions and negotiate terms with customers and subs.
• Ensure flow-down requirements from prime contracts into subcontracts.
• Assist with lien rights, releases, and payment protections.
• Support project kickoff and proper execution of all agreements.
