Job summary

LINX, a Denver-based contractor network specialist, seeks a Contracts Administrator to support contract review and negotiations within our growing team. This role focuses on risk assessment, subcontracts, NDAs, and related documents in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 2-5+ years in contract administration, strong knowledge of construction contracts, and proficiency with MS Office and contract systems. Denver, CO-based with competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of contract administration experience, preferably in construction or low voltage industry.
• Strong understanding of construction contract types (lump sum, GMP, T&M).
• Experience with subcontract agreements and vendor contracts.
• Familiar with lien laws and payment terms (pay-when-paid / pay-if-paid).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and contract management systems.
• Attention to detail and organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review prime contracts, subcontracts, MSAs, NDAs, and purchase orders for risk and terms.
• Identify unfavorable provisions and flag risks.
• Redline and negotiate terms with customers, GC and subs.
• Ensure flow-down requirements are incorporated into subcontracts.
• Review and sign change orders and coordinate with sales/operations.
• Assist with project setup and administration, including lien rights and storage of agreements.
