Job summary

Performance Contracting Group is seeking a Manager I, Compliance Support to lead the day-to-day operations of the Compliance Support team. You will manage workflow, prequalification, licensing, and vendor registrations, ensuring accurate information and timely responses across branch operations.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, maintaining SOPs, evaluating risks, and partnering with Legal, IT, and corporate teams to improve processes and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, legal studies, compliance, management, or related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• Five+ years of progressively responsible experience in compliance support, prequalification, licensing, legal operations, or related function.
• Experience leading employees, coordinating team workflow, or serving as a team lead.
• Experience supporting construction, contractor, customer, vendor, or branch compliance activities.
• Experience with ISNetworld, Avetta, Ariba, Highwire, or TradeTapp is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Compliance Support team, including recruiting, onboarding, training, development, regular meetings, feedback, and evaluations.
• Oversee daily workflow, inbox intake, assignments, priorities, deadlines, and workload balancing.
• Manage completion of prequalifications, vendor registrations, credit applications, site‑access requirements, and related activities.
• Review non‑standard, sensitive, or exception requests; perform quality control and elevate issues if needed.
• Coordinate annual review of standard prequalification information and supporting materials with corporate departments.
