Job summary

Aligned Data Centers is seeking a Compliance Manager, Operations to lead the enterprise Operations Compliance Program across all sites. You will own air quality permitting, regulatory reporting, and vendor/customer compliance, driving standardized, data-driven processes.

Based hybrid out of designated locations, you will partner with Operations, Maintenance, Legal and external stakeholders to ensure adherence to permits, contracts, and SLAs while advancing continuous improvement and risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental sciences or engineering.
• 5–7 years in environmental compliance management.
• Experience with air permits and regulatory reporting.
• Strong Excel skills and data tracking capability.
• Ability to communicate complex data to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Establish and own the enterprise Operations Compliance Program.
• Manage air permits across portfolio.
• Monitor regulatory and contractual compliance.
• Develop centralized systems to monitor compliance in real time.
• Lead regulatory reporting and audits.
• Partner with site leadership for permit conditions.
