Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years of substantive relevant experience required.
• Paralegal certificate or experience as a paralegal preferred.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability are critical.
• Must take initiative, assume ownership of tasks and workload, and seek opportunities to learn.
• Must have strong customer service skills and superior written and oral communication skills.
• Must be able to organize and work on multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize projects, meet deadlines and be flexible in order to respond to shifting demands from colleagues and clients.
• Project and/or process management experience valued.
• Must exhibit good judgment and ability to be trusted with confidential information.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Teams, and SharePoint, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Compliance Team to respond to client requests and manage information gathering.
• Create, update, and maintain database of questionnaire and RFI responses within AG’s software to facilitate responding to questionnaires.
• Ensure completion of AG-required training by AG employees and monitor progress.
• Manage client-specific requests for training of Analysis Group staff and document training per client specifications.
• Assist in the due diligence of third parties engaged by AG and track status.
• Manage client requests for compliance with client-specific SOPs and enhance monitoring for each case.
