Job summary

Performance Contracting Group is seeking a Manager, Compliance Support to lead the Compliance Support team and ensure accurate, timely service to branch operations. You will oversee prequalification, contractor licensing, and risk escalation while partnering with Legal, operations, and corporate departments to improve processes and controls.

The role requires 5+ years in compliance support, strong leadership and communication skills, and experience with contractor-management platforms such as

Qualifications

• Five or more years of progressively responsible experience in compliance support or related functions.
• Experience leading employees or teams.
• Experience with prequalification or contractor-management platforms such as ISNetworld, Avetta, Ariba, Highwire, or TradeTapp is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, legal studies, compliance, management, or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Compliance Support team, manage recruitment, onboarding, and evaluations.
• Oversee daily workflow, intake, assignments, deadlines, and cross-training.
• Oversee prequalifications, vendor registrations, credit apps, and site-specific compliance.
• Review exceptions and escalate issues before submission.
• Coordinate annual review of standard information and materials.
• Maintain documented workflows, SOPs, and controls to prevent unapproved data.
• Oversee third-party compliance platforms and related credential management.
• Partner with stakeholders to resolve issues and communicate impacts.
• Identify opportunities to standardize and improve intake, tracking, and reporting.
