Job summary

CNA is hiring for an individual contributor to manage commercial claims with moderate to high complexity. You will investigate, verify coverage, and resolve claims under defined authority while communicating with insureds and claimants.

The role emphasizes adherence to company protocols, collaboration with partners, and maintaining quality service standards to support our clients and operations. A license within 90 days is required where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required or preferred.
• Must have or be able to obtain and maintain an Insurance Adjuster License within 90 days of hire.
• Professional designations (e.g., CPCU) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve commercial claims per company protocols.
• Communicate with insureds, claimants, and business partners regularly.
• Verify coverage, estimate reserves, and follow claim handling procedures.
• Develop and apply resolution strategies within authority limits.
• Identify subrogation, salvage opportunities, or fraud indicators.
