Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Typically 4+ years of relevant claims experience.
• Insurance Adjuster license required within 90 days where applicable.
• Professional designations are a plus (e.g., CPCU).

Responsabilidades

• Manages moderate to high complexity commercial claims following company protocols.
• Investigates, values, and resolves claims with timely updates to insureds and claimants.
• Verifies coverage, reserves, and liability; negotiates settlements within authority.
• Identifies subrogation/salvage opportunities and possible fraud indicators.
• Maintains compliance with state/local regulations and mentors junior staff.
