Job summary

Qualifications

• Typically at least four years of relevant claims handling experience.
• Must obtain/maintain Insurance Adjuster License within 90 days of hire.
• Professional designations (e.g., CPCU) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manages moderate to high complexity commercial claims per guidelines.
• Investigates, values, negotiates and resolves claims with appropriate disbursements.
• Verifies coverage and reserves with policy language and counsel as needed.
• Maintains timely communications with insureds, claimants, and partners.
• Identifies recoveries, fraud indicators, and collaborates with SIU or Recovery teams.
