Qualifications

• Typically four years of relevant claims experience.
• CNA Claim Training Program may substitute for time.
• Must obtain an Insurance Adjuster License within 90 days where applicable.
• Professional designations (e.g., CPCU) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage moderate to high complexity commercial claims per protocols.
• Investigate, verify policy coverage and determine resolution strategies.
• Provide exceptional customer service and timely updates.
• Verify coverage, establish reserves and work with coverage counsel.
• Gather information and statements to verify facts.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve claims.
• Authorize disbursements within authority limits.
• Identify subrogation/salvage opportunities or fraud indicators.
