Job summary

Mandarich Law Group LLP seeks a Complaint Analyst for its Lake Mary, FL office (in-office role) to ensure complaints are managed in accordance with policies and SLAs. You will investigate accounts, document resolutions, and identify trends for process improvements, in a law-firm environment.

The role requires excellent written communication, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while delivering thorough evaluations and timely follow-ups.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Prior law firm experience and/or knowledge of the legal and collections industry preferred.
• Highly detail oriented, analytical and strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer complaint program policies, procedures, and SLAs are met.
• Conduct account-level reviews of each customer complaint and perform thorough investigation and evaluation.
• Document the complaint resolution and any required follow-up.
• Conduct program-level root cause analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations.
• Assist with recommendations for enhancements to employee training.

Mandarich Law Group LLP is one of the country's leading creditor's right law firms with offices in CA IL NY MI OH GA NV and FL. We are seeking a Complaint Analyst for our Chicago, IL office, Williamsville, NY office, Lake Mary, FL office, or Kennesaw, GA office.

Hours 8:00AM to 5:00PM Monday through Friday in their respective time zones. This is an in-office position.

What You'll Do:

• Ensure customer complaint program policies procedures and SLAs are met
• Conduct account level reviews of each customer complaint by performing thorough investigation and evaluation which may include
• Responsible for effectively documenting the complaint resolution and any required follow-up
• Conduct program level root cause analysis research issues identify trends draw conclusions and make recommendations
• Assist with recommendations for enhancements to employee training

Requirements

• Minimum High School diploma or equivalent. College Degree preferred
• Prior law firm experience and/or knowledge of the legal and collections industry preferred
