Job summary

Mandarich Law Group LLP seeks a Compliance Analyst to support consumer debt compliance across our offices in NY, IL, GA, FL, CA. This in-office role runs Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM in the local time zone.

You will work with the Compliance Team to review disputes, verify debt requests, and monitor regulatory adherence. Strong attention to detail and proficiency with Microsoft Office are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum (2) two years of experience in collections, compliance, quality assurance or complaint/dispute management is preferred.
• Superior attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing consumer disputes, verification of debt requests, fraud and hardship claims including initial review, entry into the firm’s system of record, monitoring the status, and ensuring timely resolution based on firm and client directives and requirements.

Mandarich Law Group is one of the country's leading creditor's right law firm with offices in CA, NV, IL, MI, OH, GA and FL, seeking an Compliance Analyst in our Chicago, IL office, Williamsville, NY office, Lake Mary, FL office, or Kennesaw, GA office.

This position is in-office - Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM in the respective time zones.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Individual will work closely with Firm’s Compliance Team to facilitate the organization's compliance with consumer and collection laws, regulations and best practices.

Primary responsibilities include management of consumer disputes, verification of debt requests, fraud and hardship claims to ensure proper tracking, reporting and organization.

This hourly range for this position is between $20.00 to $25.00
