Job summary

Mandarich Law Group LLP in Kennesaw, GA seeks a Complaint Analyst for in-office duties, with hours 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM local time across their GA office. This is an in-office position.

You will review customer complaints, document resolutions and follow-up actions, conduct program-level root cause analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations. Excellent written communication and independent work are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma or equivalent; College Degree preferred.
• Prior law firm experience and/or knowledge of the legal and collections industry preferred.
• Highly detail oriented analytical and strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and excellent written communication skills.
• Problem solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer complaint program policies, procedures, and SLAs are met.
• Conduct account level reviews of each customer complaint and perform thorough investigations.
• Document the complaint resolution and any required follow-up actions.
• Perform program level root cause analysis, identify trends, draw conclusions and make recommendations.
• Assist with recommendations for enhancements to employee training.

Mandarich Law Group LLP is one of the country's leading creditor's right law firms with offices in CA IL NY MI OH GA NV and FL. We are seeking a Complaint Analyst for our Chicago, IL office, Williamsville, NY office, Lake Mary, FL office, or Kennesaw, GA office.

Hours 8:00AM to 5:00PM Monday through Friday in their respective time zones. This is an in-office position.

What You’ll Do:

• Ensure customer complaint program policies procedures and SLAs are met.
• Conduct account level reviews of each customer complaint by performing thorough investigation and evaluation which may include
• Responsible for effectively documenting the complaint resolution and any required follow-up
• Conduct program level root cause analysis research issues identify trends draw conclusions and make recommendations.
• Assist with recommendations for enhancements to employee training
