Job summary

Mandarich Law Group LLP in Williamsville, NY is seeking a Complaint Analyst to join our in-office team. You will review customer complaints, ensure policies and SLAs are met, and document resolutions with thorough follow-up.

The ideal candidate has a minimum high school diploma (college degree preferred), strong analytical and written communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment across multiple offices.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Prior law firm experience and/or knowledge of the legal and collections industry preferred.
• Highly detail oriented, analytical and strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review customer complaint program policies, procedures and SLAs and ensure they are met.
• Conduct account level reviews of each customer complaint and perform thorough investigations.
• Document complaint resolutions and any required follow-up.
• Perform program level root cause analysis, identify trends, draw conclusions and make recommendations.
• Assist with recommendations for enhancements to employee training.

Mandarich Law Group LLP is one of the country's leading creditor's right law firms with offices in CA IL NY MI OH GA NV and FL. We are seeking a Complaint Analyst for our Chicago, IL office, Williamsville, NY office, Lake Mary, FL office, or Kennesaw, GA office.

Hours 8:00AM to 5:00PM Monday through Friday in their respective time zones. This is an in-office position.

What You’ll Do:

• Ensure customer complaint program policies procedures and SLAs are met.
• Conduct account level reviews of each customer complaint by performing thorough investigation and evaluation which may include
• Responsible for effectively documenting the complaint resolution and any required follow-up
• Conduct program level root cause analysis research issues identify trends draw conclusions and make recommendations.
• Assist with recommendations for enhancements to employee training

• Minimum High School diploma or equivalent. College Degree preferred.
• Prior law firm experience and/or knowledge of the legal and collections industry preferred
• Highly detail oriented analytical and strong organizational and communication skills.
