Job summary

Mandarich Law Group LLP is seeking a Complaint Analyst for its in-office role in Kennesaw, GA. Hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, in the local time zone.

You will ensure the complaint program policies and SLAs are met, conduct account-level reviews, document resolutions, perform root cause analysis, and help identify trends and training improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma or equivalent; College Degree preferred.
• Prior law firm experience and knowledge of the legal and collections industry preferred.
• Highly detail oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer complaint program policies procedures and SLAs are met.
• Conduct account level reviews of each customer complaint by performing thorough investigation and evaluation.
• Responsible for effectively documenting the complaint resolution and any required follow-up.
• Conduct program level root cause analysis, research issues, identify trends, draw conclusions and make recommendations.
• Assist with recommendations for enhancements to employee training.

Education

Mandarich Law Group LLP is one of the country's leading creditor's right law firms with offices in CA IL NY MI OH GA NV and FL. We are seeking a Complaint Analyst for our Chicago, IL office, Williamsville, NY office, Lake Mary, FL office, or Kennesaw, GA office.

Hours 8:00AM to 5:00PM Monday through Friday in their respective time zones. This is an in-office position.
