Hightouch is hiring its first Competitive Intelligence Lead to own the competitive program end to end. You will turn scattered competitor signals into a clear point of view and shape campaigns that help sales win big deals.

You will collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, and Product Management to stay ahead of the market, evangelize at events, and develop messaging that resonates with target audiences.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years in competitive intelligence, product marketing, or market research in B2B SaaS.
• Proven ability to produce battlecards, competitive decks, and guides.
• Strong storytelling and clear, persuasive messaging.

Responsibilities

• Create differentiating positioning for our products and personas.
• Lead cross-functional launches and campaigns across marketing, sales, and product.
• Conduct user research to identify gaps in the market for our product.
